You are solely responsible for your interactions on the Platform and your compliance with these Terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The "ChatLocali" name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission. All other trademarks on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ChatLocali, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CHATLOCALI EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that (i) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (ii) any errors or defects will be corrected; (iii) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (iv) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion tools within the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
